Election Management System

Objective:

                In the democratic country like India The Governament only Depends upon the voting poles and to manage the voting  System is a very difficult job.For a well and clean voting in the country a well management System is needed.So it is much necessary that the persons involved in conducting the Election should not have their monopoly in their area of working and residence  .So that they can not influence the voting.

Existing System:

There is some problem in manual system.It is the time taken process to allocate the PO’s to each and every booth and which District which CEC are allocated , it is the problem in manual system. In manual system each one  communicate with each other through offline it is the problem in our Existing system.

Proposed System:

The present form of voting in general elections is founded entirely on paperbased and largely manual voting procedures. New technology with advanced vote-client machines (computer terminals used for voting) for eelections may entail several advantages. It may, as mentioned above, enhance the voters’ scope for participating in the election. It also creates scope for more rapid tallying of Districts threw Consistencys and distribution of  evm’s. This also enables the electoral administration to promptly announce the election reports and helps  to a broader circle. Every booth and which District which CEC are allocated is very easy in this online system. Can only read the various reports and can only get the information about the particular center and vote casting.

Admin:

                Administration Can read & write information about, if Every booth and which District which CEC are allocated center and can create ,update ,delete center as per the requirement and implementation plans. In this module admin can create the district, delete the district , create consistuency,delete constituency,create booth and delete booth. Admin provide username and password to cec also po.

CEC:

                In this module CEC can read information about create the EVM delete the evm also allocate the evm values .  to the booths and allocate PO to the booths. if Every evm and which Booth which center are allocated gathered  all the values. CEC can request from po and allocated all po’s and retrieve the information.

PO:

                 In this module po first registered to the system after that you can entered to the system. Po can see the all reports . if the po can registered after that see the all the information and retrieve the information about po .

Reports:

                In this Module every end user can see the reports about elections helps about elections.
