Business Case/Objective of The Project::

ØTo build a web application that maintains complaint information along with the customer’s information, and product information. When customers get any problem with the purchased items, they will send it back to the company by informing about the defect online first.

Scope of The Project/Functional Requirements of The Project::

ØUsers will use their login through the Admin site to access the customer complaint system.

ØTo maintain complaints by, developing a web application that services the customers by providing the necessary information so that things can’t be late.

ØTo support the search according to the complaint number.

ØTo maintain on different sets of predefined reports as per the business requirements.
