Smart Billing

Smart Billing Software enables users to create invoices of Transcripts generated for a particular account for a Provider (a Doctor who provides consultation) in a Location or Provider with a Speciality.

User can preview, print, email and fax the generated invoice. The software also has Items, Categories, Billing Configurations and Discounts. User can add new categories, items, billing configurations and discounts and also is able to delete/modify the existing ones. Reports are generated depending on selected Group by (provider, location....Etc).

 Scope

The Smart Billing software will assist the end users (who logon to generate the Invoice Bill). The Invoices generated for a concerned authority (a doctor/hospital) and sent through E-Mail/FAX for payment.
